Angel Food Makes a Difference
Angel Food has been an amazing blessing to our family. As a family of ten, our food budget is a huge weight. The first month we tried Angel Food, I wasn't sure what to expect. We spent 2/3rds of our month's budget on our first order; but, as we began unpacking the boxes, I was overwhelmed! Even though we had paid for it, I felt like we had been given a HUGE gift. After 3 months, I can say that Angel Food is saving us three to four hundred dollars a month; but that's not all. We're eating better than ever before. Steak meals are now common in our house, as compared to a rare delicacy
before. There is no way we could eat like this without spending twice what we are saving. Now that's all about us, but this last month we over-ordered. We filled a box and took it to friends who had been struggling financially. We didn't realize how blessed they were until we ran back with a bag we'd forgotten and the wife was crying in the kitchen. That feeling of being overwhelmed seemed pretty familiar. Angel Food has not only allowed us to care for our family, but has enabled us to be a blessing to others as well. We are so blessed by this ministry and the women who sacrifice their time and energy to make it possible. Around our table, our kids will ask, "Is this Angel Food? We like Angel Food!"
